Blooming Base UV/LED – a transparent base designed for blooming nail art techniques. Ideal for marble, floral, and abstract designs. Easy to use with any gel polish.
Curing time: LED 30 sec., UV 1 min
Volume: 8 ml
USE: Apply Blooming Base on gel polish coat and draw on nail with necessary gel polish colour, blur for design, cure in lamp: UV/LED 3min/30sec. Then apply a top coat and cure in UV/LED lamp again.
